Warranty Program

Connoisseur Painting Ltd has the most extensive exterior warranty program available to Condominium Managers and Boards of Directors. Here is what our program includes.
 

Step 1

All of our detailed proposals offer an explanation of our extensive warranty coverage within the proposal. Clients will be able to clearly find details regarding the areas covered and the duration of the warranty.
 

Step 2

Upon project completion, Connoisseur Painting will send the property manager a complete warranty package. This package includes all paint specifications and colour codes as well as the start and finish dates for the warranty.
 

Step 3

Each year for the duration of the warranty, Connoisseur Painting will complete a site inspection.  The property manager will receive notification that we have completed our inspection which will include a warranty report outlining required repairs. The property manager will then be notified when warranty repairs have been completed.
