Richard Lyons Richard Lyons
Richard is the founder of CPL and has worked in the condominium field since its inception. A University of Toronto graduate, Richard has over 20 years of management experience as president. Richard focuses his time on refurbishment clients, developing design proposals and project implementation. Richard is an active member of ACMO sitting on various associate committees.
Chris Linkert Chris Linkert
Chris Linkert joined CPL in 2009 as a project manager and customer service liaison. Chris has over 10 years of project management experience in the coatings field. With Chris' addition to CPL's management team our dedication to customer service has dramatically increased. Chris is also our Heath & Safety officer ensuring both trades and customers co-exist in a safe working environment.
Justin Troy Simmons Justin Troy Simmons
 Justin brings his 11 years of construction experience including project management to CPL Group as a production manager focusing on providing first rate customer service to our maintenance clients.  Justin is a graduate of the Architectural Technology program at Sheridan College.
Phil von Massow Phil von Massow
Phil von Massow, co-owner and principal of CPL, joined the organization in 1989.  With over 20 years of contracting experience, Phil manages the operations of CPL Group including marketing, accounting, administration and project implementation.
Kevin Dutcher Kevin Dutcher
Kevin joined CPL Group in 2011 and focuses on project management and design for our refurbishment clients. Kevin brings his 5 years of experience as Corporate Director of Architecture for Grant Forest Products and his 5 years of experience with McCasey Group as Project Manager to enhance the capacity of CPL Group to provide superior customer service. Kevin graduated from the School of Planning and Architectural Studies at the University of Waterloo and Architectural Technology Design at Sheridan College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning.
John Margartitis John Margartitis
John joined Connoisseur Painting Ltd. in 1995 and brings 20 years of project management and chemical coatings experience to the firm. John's extensive knowledge of paint application as well as his experience working inside the condominium industry instills confidence in our maintenance clients. 
John manages operations of Connoisseur Painting Ltd. focusing primarily on estimation and project management for exterior and interior condominium maintenance and painting clients.
Chris Lallouet Chris Lallouet
Chris brings his 6 years of Chemical coatings sales experience with Sherwin Williams to provide superior business development and customer service to both our maintenance and refurbishment clients Chris is a graduate of Brock University in business administration.
