Connoisseur Painting Ltd. provides clients with a full service maintenance painting program for both interior and exterior projects. We work for Property Management who act as agents on behalf of residential condominium corporations and their Board of Directors. Our focus is on the common areas or common elements of high rise and town home condominiums. We use only top line products and have a full compliment of carpenters who can replace rotten wood before finish painting is completed. Caulking and sealants are critical to the longevity of both coatings and substrates. For this reason we have found that by incorporating caulking services into our product line, we can ensure that our clients truly get a paint job that both lasts and properly protects. We combine high quality products with high quality workmanship insuring that you are always satisfied. All services are provided by our select group of trades who we manage and schedule so the Board of Directors and Property Management have only one point of contact for the complete project. We “Project Manage” our services from beginning to end, coordinating all aspects of the process from colour coordination to quality control.

Communication

As part of our attention to detail and customer service, we create and distribute notices, customized for each corporation, informing residents of our schedule and progress. We also communicate how residents can assist in helping with the smooth running of a project (ie: choosing a date and time for work on an individual unit, removing items from a balcony etc). When we come to the end of a project, through our notices, we re-contact residents soliciting their feedback. These notices are a valuable tool, helping us assess the progress and success of a project. All notices have our phone number, name of the Project Manager and their email address, affording residents multiple contact points throughout the duration of the project.
